Where can I find models of Volkswagen Beetles?

I'm planning a sweet sixteen with a "Peace, Love %26amp; Sweet Sixteen" theme. I would like to use models of a Volkswagen Beetle/ Volkswagen Bug for my invitations. I would like to be able to put an actual invitation and a button in the model, so they need to open and not be super small. I am willing to order online, or from a specific store.
